Chastity Swope

Chastity and her husband of ten years, Jay, are the proud parents of Jacob, Joshua, and Abby. The family also enjoys their puppy, Bella. Chasity is currently a part-time student at Spoon River College pursuing a degree in Business Administration. During the summer she enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, and riding four wheelers. She and her family are also "thrill seekers" who enjoy traveling to different theme parks each year in search of the fastest roller coasters!

Chastity began in the Scheduling Department in July of 2004 and is currently the Patient Registration Supervisor. In the beginning, Chastity says, "I had the pleasure of working with a small group of individuals which I consider the epitome of teamwork.

My new position as supervisor has given me the opportunity of a lifetime to work under the direction of Carolyn Jacobus. Working in a family oriented environment, I enjoy the daily challenges, feeling of satisfaction of helping patients who are in need, and working with such a wonderful group of compassionate and caring employees!"

Chastity's co-worker nominations describe her as one who helps everyone with everything, every day and every time. Patient care is a top priority to her and she diligently works extra hours to assure patients get quality care. She is conscientious and goes above and beyond by filling in to enable her staff to have time with their families. She always has a smile and is one of those people that you love right off the bat!

Carolyn Jacobus, Director of Clinical Services says, "Chastity is an outstanding individual who is dependable, trustworthy and reliable. I can be assured that any duties I delegate to her will be done thoroughly, completely, and accurately. I value Chastity as an employee and friend and feel she is a great asset to our organization!"
